1. Application and precedence

Effective October 7, 2026. These terms supplement the PartyTopiie Terms of Use and Digital Content License for accounts with an approved BUSINESS application. Personal use remains the default for other users. Within the commercial permissions expressly granted here, this addendum governs; all other terms continue to apply. Registration, purchasing Credits, applying, or claiming a promotion alone does not grant Pro permission. No separate commercial-license fee or subscription is required.

2. Eligible acquisitions and duration

All currently offered PartyTopiie Printables and Graphics & Clipart are eligible when lawfully acquired by, or linked through the existing order-access process to, your approved account. Acquisition requires completed payment, a successful eligible Credits redemption, or the existing free-acquisition process; a preview or unfinished checkout is insufficient. After Pro approval, valid earlier acquisitions may be used in future permitted client work. Approval does not authorize commercial activity that occurred before approval. Pro status and this permission have no Free Trial promotion deadline; they remain subject to valid acquisition, account, refund, revocation, termination, and terms-compliance rules.

3. Printables: one personalization acquisition, one client

Each purchased or redeemed Printable personalization covers one client. For another client, create a new personalization and complete a new purchase or redemption, even for the same design. Eligible free Printables use the existing free-acquisition process for that new personalization. Re-downloading the same personalization for the same client does not require another purchase, subject to existing file-availability and download rules. One acquisition does not cover unrelated clients.

4. Graphics: one acquisition, one client

Each Graphic acquisition covers permitted finished work for one client. For another client, purchase or redeem the Graphic again through the normal product flow. For a free Graphic, select Get for free again for that client. The existing system may return the same free entitlement; this does not create or certify a client-use record. PartyTopiie does not track individual Graphic client uses. You are responsible for complying with this per-client rule. Re-downloading for the same client remains subject to existing download rules without another charge.
