Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026. Responsible business: PLI LLC.

This policy explains how PartyTopiie handles information when you browse our website, use an account, place an order, personalize a design, contact us, or subscribe to our emails. It also describes our use of optional website analytics, cookies, and Mailchimp email engagement tracking, and the privacy choices available to you.

Who we are and what this policy covers

PLI LLC (“PartyTopiie,” “we,” or “us”) is responsible for personal information processed through the PartyTopiie consumer service that links to this policy.

This policy describes our current service. The information involved depends on the features you use. An external website’s own privacy notice applies when you use that website.

Information we use

Accounts and access: your email address, profile details you provide, verification records, and authentication information used for sign-in, an optional password, and account recovery.

Orders and payments: purchased items, prices, billing and tax-location details, order references, payment status, Party Credits activity, refund records, and file-access records. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store your full payment-card number.

Personalization, when available: wording, names, dates, instructions, and files you choose to provide for a digital design. Supply only information needed for your order and material you have permission to use.

Support: your contact details, messages, order reference, and relevant attachments you send when asking for help, a correction, or a privacy request.

Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, request times, session information, and diagnostic or security events needed to operate, deliver, and protect the service.

Optional website analytics: when you allow Analytics, we may collect page visits, page and interaction information, browser and device characteristics, cookie or similar online identifiers through Google Analytics, website performance measurements through Vercel Speed Insights, and counts of visits to our articles and guides. The analytics tools and information involved depend on the public page and features in use.

Email subscriptions and engagement: your email address, subscription status, delivery and unsubscribe information, and records of email opens and tracked link clicks associated with your subscription.

We receive information directly from you, from your use of the service, and from providers that process payments, website analytics, or email subscriptions and delivery.

Why we use it

We use information to operate accounts, process orders and Party Credits, deliver files, provide support, prevent misuse, investigate errors, and keep required financial or legal records.

With your consent, we use optional website analytics to understand how people find and use PartyTopiie, assess the popularity of public content, measure website performance, and improve the website. We use subscription information to send requested party ideas, product updates, and occasional offers. Email engagement information helps us assess the usefulness and performance of those emails.

Information needed to authenticate an account or complete an order is necessary for that service. Subscribing to marketing emails is voluntary and is not a condition of creating an account or making a purchase.

For account, order, security, and service-administration activities, where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing a contract for requested services, legal obligations for required records and compliance, and legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention, and service administration.

Cookies and optional website analytics

Essential technologies

We use essential cookies or similar storage for functions such as sign-in, security, reliable request handling, and remembering your privacy choices. Essential technologies remain enabled in Cookie preferences because they are needed for these functions. Blocking them through your browser may prevent those functions from working.

Optional Analytics is off until you choose

Optional website analytics is disabled by default. We enable it only after you select “Accept” in the cookie banner or turn on “Analytics” in Cookie preferences and select “Save.” Selecting “Reject” keeps optional analytics off. Continuing to browse, leaving the banner unanswered, or closing Cookie preferences without saving does not count as consent.

You can use the website without accepting optional analytics. Rejecting analytics does not disable the essential processing needed to operate accounts, process orders, deliver files, provide support, or protect the service.

What optional Analytics covers

The Analytics choice covers the following optional measurement tools on selected public pages:

  • Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure visits and website use. Google Tag Manager manages the loading of website tags; Google Analytics processes analytics information. When enabled, Google Analytics may use cookies, including _ga cookies, and process online identifiers, pages visited, browser and device characteristics, and website activity. Google also receives the IP address associated with an analytics request. See Google’s explanation of Analytics data collection: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en
  • Vercel Speed Insights, to measure page-loading speed and other website performance indicators. Measurements may include the public page or route, browser and device characteristics, network information, country, and performance timings. See Vercel’s Speed Insights privacy information: https://vercel.com/docs/speed-insights/privacy-policy
  • Our own article and guide view counts, to understand which public content is being viewed.

These optional tools are limited to selected public pages and are not enabled on private account, checkout, order, or similar service pages. Allowing Analytics permits the applicable tools to run; it does not mean every tool runs on every page or immediately after your selection. In particular, performance measurement may begin only on a later full page load after your choice has been saved.

Change or withdraw your choice

You can reopen “Cookie preferences” from the website footer at any time. Turn Analytics on or off and select “Save” to apply your choice. Selecting “Cancel” leaves your previously saved choice unchanged.

If you turn Analytics off and save, we stop new optional analytics collection for that browser. Withdrawal does not recall requests already sent or automatically delete information already collected. To ask about deletion of information previously collected, contact us as described under Your choices and rights.

How we remember your choice

We use a first-party preference cookie named partytopiie_analytics_consent to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics. It is stored for up to 180 days from your most recent saved choice, unless you delete it sooner or your browser removes it. Ordinary page visits do not extend that period. This cookie is used to honor your privacy choice, not to measure website use.

Your choice applies to the browser and website hostname where it is saved. It does not automatically carry over to another browser or device. If the preference expires or is deleted, optional analytics remains off until you make a new affirmative choice.

Other controls

Your browser may also allow you to block or delete cookies and restrict certain tracking technologies. These settings depend on your browser and device. Deleting cookies does not prevent new cookies from being set on a later visit unless you also restrict them. Cookie blocking alone does not necessarily prevent scripts from loading or all analytics requests from being sent. Use our Cookie preferences control to manage optional analytics on this website.

Website analytics choices and email subscription choices are separate. Accepting Analytics does not subscribe you to marketing emails, and rejecting or withdrawing Analytics does not unsubscribe you or change email engagement tracking.

We do not currently use Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, or other advertising tracking tools.

Email subscriptions and tracking

When you enter your email address and select “Join the List,” you request marketing emails from PartyTopiie. These may include new party themes, decor ideas, product updates, and occasional offers or printable gifts.

We use Mailchimp to manage subscriptions and send these emails. Your email address is passed to Mailchimp for this purpose. A successful signup adds you to the mailing list without requiring a separate confirmation email.

Our marketing emails use both open tracking and link-click tracking:

Open tracking: an HTML email contains a small tracking image. When that image loads, Mailchimp can record an open associated with the recipient.

Click tracking: tracked links pass through Mailchimp before opening the destination page, allowing Mailchimp to record which recipient clicked a link.

We use these records to understand engagement and improve our emails. Email applications and automated security tools can affect these measurements, so an open or click record does not always represent a person reading or clicking an email. Mailchimp explains these technologies in its open-tracking guide (https://mailchimp.com/help/about-open-tracking/) and click-tracking guide (https://mailchimp.com/help/enable-and-view-click-tracking/).

You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact support@partytopiie.com for help. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent you from using an otherwise available account or purchasing products, and it does not stop service messages needed for an account, order, or support request.

Email subscription choices and website analytics controls are separate. If you have questions or wish to make a privacy request concerning email engagement records, contact us using the details below.

Who receives information

We share information as needed with providers that host and secure the service, store and deliver files, process payments, send service communications, and help us support orders.

These providers include Google for optional website analytics, Vercel for optional website performance measurement, Mailchimp for email subscriptions, delivery, and engagement reporting, and Stripe for payment processing. Authorized people working on a custom order may access the information needed for that work.

For information about the providers’ practices, see the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy), the Vercel Privacy Notice (https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-notice), and the Intuit Global Privacy Statement (https://www.intuit.com/privacy/statement/), which covers Mailchimp.

We may disclose relevant records when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect legal rights, or respond to valid legal process. If the business is reorganized or transferred, personal information may be included subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.

Customer photos and personal order material are not public submissions. We do not publish them or use them in marketing or portfolios without separate permission. We do not send personal information or customer photos to external AI services.

Storage, retention, and international processing

We keep account information as needed to maintain access and resolve account issues. We keep order, payment, tax, and refund records for applicable accounting, legal, dispute, and fraud-prevention needs.

Retention of support, technical, analytics, subscription, and email engagement records depends on their purpose, applicable provider settings, security needs, and legal requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to any required legal hold.

The 90-day availability period for generated output files is a download rule. It is not a promise to delete every piece of account, order, input, or backup data after 90 days. See our Terms of Use (https://partytopiie.com/terms) for file availability.

PLI LLC is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use the required safeguards for that transfer. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. We do not treat continued browsing as consent to an otherwise restricted transfer.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

You may also have a right to appeal a denied request and to complain to your privacy regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.

You may object to direct marketing at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us for assistance. You can reject optional website analytics or withdraw your consent through Cookie preferences in the website footer. See Cookies and optional website analytics above for details.

To make a privacy request, email support@partytopiie.com. Describe your request and provide the email address associated with the relevant account, order, or subscription. An authorized agent may contact us where permitted by law. We may request proportionate verification for access or deletion; do not send a password or full payment-card details.

We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted exception or need for more time. Deletion may be limited where records are still required for legal obligations, unresolved transactions, or disputes. Where processing is based on consent, withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Children and sensitive information

PartyTopiie is intended for adult hosts, even when the celebration is for a child. We do not knowingly invite children under 13 to create accounts or submit information themselves. If you believe a child has provided information directly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

An adult providing a child’s name or photo for an available order must have the necessary authority and permissions. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, such as identification documents, health information, payment-card details, or a child’s school or home address in design instructions.

Updates and contact

We revise this policy when our practices change and provide any additional notice or consent required by law. The effective date identifies the version published here.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@partytopiie.com.
