Terms of Use

1. Using PartyTopiie

PartyTopiie is a digital design service for personal celebrations and approved client work, operated by PLI LLC. You must be an adult with authority to place an order and provide any material it requires. Provide accurate contact, billing, and order information, and keep your account access private.

Where affirmative agreement is required, browsing the site does not replace it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Our service focuses on the United States. People in other countries may browse, but purchases and individual features are available only where supported. Manual custom design is still being introduced. A displayed option, sample, or price does not mean a service is currently available to purchase.

2. Products, previews, and what an order includes

We offer digital files and digital design services, including Graphics & Clipart and Party Printables. Printing, physical goods, cutting, assembly, and shipping are not included. Product mockups show possible uses; they do not add physical items to an order.

Before ordering, review the listed file formats, included designs, finished sizes, editable elements, and technical requirements. Your order covers the product and delivery method you select. Another delivery method or a new scope requires a separate purchase and is not automatically included in an earlier order.

Where the personalizer is available, you may personalize and review a preview before paying for a paid product. Eligible free products are identified as free. A preview, receipt, or product listing is not the final production file and does not by itself grant a license to use or share the content. Obtain the files through the applicable purchase or free-acquisition process.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Current product prices, Credit costs, available top-up amounts, and any optional rush charges are shown in the relevant product, top-up, or checkout flow. Review the selected option, applicable tax, and final amount before confirming. Your confirmed order amount governs that purchase; later price changes do not reprice it.

A paid product order uses either regular payment through Stripe or Party Credits for the whole order. We do not combine part cash and part Credits for the same order. If your Credit balance is insufficient, choose regular payment or complete a separate available top-up first.

Applicable taxes and the final amount are disclosed at checkout. Credits funding and redemption are available only where the relevant payment and tax requirements are supported. Displaying a price does not by itself enable a purchase.

4. Party Credits and Party Balance

• Party Credits are optional prepaid value for eligible PartyTopiie purchases, not a subscription. Each $1 of pre-tax funding buys 1 Credit. Tax paid in addition does not buy Credits.
• Purchasing or spending Credits requires a signed-in account. Acquiring Party Printables also requires a verified email address.
• Purchased Credits are added to your Party Balance and do not expire. They cannot be transferred, gifted, withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or moved to another account, subject to any rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.
• A top-up is separate from a product purchase and is not ordinarily refundable for cash. Refunds required by law and payment-provider corrections are handled as applicable.
• An eligible refund of a product paid for with Credits restores the Credits originally deducted rather than creating a cash refund. Credits funded by a payment that has been reversed or is under review may remain unavailable while the funding issue is resolved.
• Displayed savings compare the Credit-funded cost with the regular pre-tax price. Savings are not extra Credits, cash, or a separate refundable balance.

Promotional Credits are separate from purchased Credits and Pro commercial permission. The Free Trial offer has its own eligibility, claim deadline, expiration, and product restrictions under the Trial Promotion Terms. Current Trial Credits cover eligible self-service Party Printables, not Graphics or manual services. Buying or receiving Credits alone does not grant Pro status. A Consumer-to-Pro conversion preserves existing valid introductory benefits and never grants a second introductory trial.

5. Personal use and sharing finished items

The Digital Content License defines finished items and sets out the complete usage rules. All paid and eligible free products carry the same personal, non-commercial license by default. Approved PartyTopiie Pro accounts receive additional permission for valid Printables and Graphics acquisitions under the PartyTopiie Pro Commercial Use Terms. It permits personal event projects and physical finished items without transferring copyright or granting an exclusive design.

You may privately share completed, event-specific designs with the invited guests or participants of your own non-commercial event. This covers qualifying PartyTopiie finished files and items you make using licensed content, such as invitations, thank-you cards, and event programs. Use your own email, messaging service, guest-restricted group, or recipient-restricted file link. Do not publicly distribute the digital files.

Guest sharing excludes source files, editable templates, standalone artwork, and reusable assets, and gives recipients no right to reuse the underlying designs. Except for finished client work expressly permitted by the Pro Commercial Use Terms, resale, sublicensing, commercial use, stock-library distribution, and print-on-demand marketplace use remain prohibited. A limited file handoff to a printer is permitted solely to produce your personal copies under the License, or to fulfill a specific permitted Pro client project under the Pro terms.

Keep account credentials, order-access links, protected download links, and editor-access links private. Permission to send your finished items does not include a PartyTopiie email-sending, guest-management, or RSVP service.

The finished-item sharing permission also supplements earlier lawful paid and free acquisitions while the license remains valid. It does not restore refunded or terminated licenses or expired file access.

No trademark rights or rights in third-party material beyond those lawfully included are granted. Brand and character references do not imply affiliation or endorsement. A product, order, or disclaimer cannot grant rights that PartyTopiie does not hold. Contact us about a suspected rights problem.

Pro approval is based on the existing approved business application. Pro status and commercial permission are not tied to the Free Trial promotion deadline and are subject to valid acquisitions, refunds, revocation, account rules, and terms compliance. After approval, valid earlier acquisitions may be used for future permitted client work; approval does not retroactively authorize commercial activity before approval. The Pro terms govern only their express commercial exceptions. See the Commercial Use explanation and FAQ for a plain-English overview.

6. Account access, delivery, and keeping your files

Access to your orders

Paid Graphics & Clipart downloads require either a signed-in account with access to the order or valid guest order access. Free downloads require a signed-in account and the availability conditions shown for the product. Personalizing, acquiring, and downloading Party Printables requires a signed-in account with a verified email address.

Guest access links are sent to the email address saved on the order. You may save an eligible guest order to your signed-in account using valid guest order access. Your account email may differ from the order email and does not need to be verified for that step; the separate verification requirement for Party Printables still applies.

When a file is treated as provided

For our ordinary refund rules, a file is treated as provided when you request an authorized download, we complete the access and file checks, and we prepare to send the file. Generating a file or issuing a download link alone does not count as delivery. This definition does not depend on your browser finishing the download and does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

File availability and your license

Generated files are available to download for 90 days from generation completion. Custom output is available for 90 days from the custom order becoming ready. Individual download links expire sooner; request another through your account while the file and your access remain valid. Save a local copy promptly.

Where the download interface offers “Generate again,” you may request a new export of the saved design while your entitlement, the necessary product resources, and that feature remain available. This does not promise permanent storage, automatic regeneration, continued availability of every format, or a new personalization or custom-design service.

The file-availability period is not the duration of your applicable license or supplemental Pro permission. Expiration of a download link or hosted file does not by itself end your right to use a copy you lawfully obtained in accordance with the Digital Content License. Refunds, termination, and other applicable license conditions still apply.

7. Personalization, custom design, and rush

Provide accurate wording, dates, instructions, and usable files through the designated order flow. You must have permission to use the material you supply, including another person’s information or photo. You retain your existing rights in your own material. Personal material is used for your order and support; separate permission is required for public or marketing use.

Review your selections and personalized preview before confirming. Do not assume that instructions or earlier input can be replaced after ordering, especially once production begins. A new concept or additional deliverable may require a new order. Contact support about an error or unusable result.

Manual custom design and rush are available only when offered for the selected item. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, displayed standard or rush timeframes are estimates based on complete, usable material being supplied. Rush is optional and applies only to the selected manual custom-design item. Timing concerns are reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law; our ordinary policy does not provide automatic compensation or a separate rush-fee refund.

8. Problems, cancellations, and refunds

For a cancellation, incorrect or unusable file, incomplete or undelivered work, or a payment problem, email support@partytopiie.com with your order reference and a brief explanation. Requests are reviewed through support; there is no separate self-service refund center. We may help restore access, correct the issue, or provide an eligible refund under the Refund Policy and Purchase Protection Policy.

An ordinary cancellation refund requires that the file has not been provided as defined in Section 6 and that any required production has not started. For personalizer-generated files this means before generation begins; for manual custom design it means before human production starts. A change of mind or a change to the details you supplied does not ordinarily qualify once production or delivery has occurred. Incorrect, unusable, incomplete, or undelivered work may still qualify for a remedy.

An approved refund under our ordinary process covers the affected purchased item and its selected delivery method together, including any paid rush charge and applicable tax. Regular-payment refunds return to the original payment method; Credit-paid refunds restore the Credits originally deducted. Individual files, inputs, and rush fees do not have separate ordinary refund values. Other purchased items remain separate, and refunds required by law take priority over this ordinary process. Free products have no payment to refund, but you may still contact us about a problem.

A full refund ends download access and the license for the refunded files. Stop using them and delete your copies, except where applicable law provides otherwise. A refund for one delivery method does not refund or cancel a separate purchase of another method.

9. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Problem-related and statutory rights may apply after production or delivery.

Where a statutory digital-content withdrawal right applies, it is not lost merely because these Terms treat a file as provided or because work has started. Any required express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement, and confirmation must be obtained before we rely on a loss of that right. Browsing or accepting these Terms alone does not replace required consent. Service cancellation rights may differ from digital-content rights.

10. Acceptable use and external services

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, share account credentials or protected access links, infringe others’ rights, or submit unlawful material. We may restrict access as reasonably needed to investigate fraud, payment problems, security threats, or a material breach. An unresolved funding issue may temporarily prevent new Credits transactions. Contact support to request a review.

Our guides provide creative suggestions. You remain responsible for checking your equipment, materials, printer settings, and practical safety needs. If you buy from an external retailer, that retailer handles its own payment, delivery, and returns.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for future use and purchases. Material changes to an accepted order require your agreement or another lawful basis. A later policy version does not silently change an order’s price or remove rights attached to it. The finished-item sharing permission described in Section 5 supplements the personal-use permission for earlier lawful acquisitions without otherwise replacing their accepted order conditions.
